Quality control before fuel dispatch from the refinery.
Factory quality control laboratories conduct a comprehensive analysis of the fuel to ensure compliance with GOST and the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. If the fuel meets the standards, a quality certificate is issued for each batch.
Fuel safety in railway tank cars.
Petroleum products are transported from the refinery to oil depots by rail. Each tank car is sealed with single-use seals and is under the carrier's security. Upon arrival, the fuel undergoes mandatory testing in certified laboratories at the oil depots before being unloaded into storage tanks.
Fuel delivery to gas stations.
Fuel is transported from oil depots to gas stations by road. To ensure the integrity of both quality and quantity, each compartment of the tanker truck is sealed with a single-use numbered seal before departure. All Aurika fuel trucks are equipped with GPS trackers, enabling remote monitoring of the fuel delivery throughout the entire journey.
Fuel quality control at gas stations.
Upon arrival at the gas station, the fuel undergoes an acceptance inspection. Before being discharged from the tanker truck into the underground storage tank, the fuel is checked for the absence of mechanical impurities and water. This quality control process prevents the risk of foreign substances entering and mixing with the petroleum product.
Monitoring the operation of fuel dispensers.
Each Aurika gas station undergoes monthly surprise inspections using mobile laboratories to check fuel dispenser calibration and fuel quality. If any parameter deviates from the standard, fuel sales are immediately suspended.
